It's Simple.

Our-30 day return policy insures you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from Field and Rose.

If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its’ original condition within 30 days from its’ date of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit, EXCEPT: (Special Orders*, Custom Jewelry ** or items with personalized engraving).

Exchanges, Resizes & Repairs

We can exchange your jewelry purchase for another item, give you another ring size, repair your item, or mount your personal diamond in another setting simply by calling our jewelry consultant or by contacting us at returns@fieldandrose.com or by calling 877.884.2693.

Our Return Process

Once we receive and accept your returned item, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Returned items delivered to Field and Rose that are not properly packaged or are uninsured  will not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance department. They determine  “original condition” and look for any new defects. Any returned item showing signs of wear, engraving, resizing or alterations made by any jewelry other than a Field & Rose jeweler - cannot be accepted for return. 

How To Prepare A Return

Please follow our three step process:

  1. Call for Authorization .  Be sure to call Field and Rose first at 877.884.2693 and speak to a representative to receive authorization to return an item.
  2. Package Your Return . Place all original packaging in a mailingbox, including the Appraisal information. (Please Note: A new appraisal document carries a replacement fee of $250. )
  3. Insure the package. Check your original sales invoice for the item’s value. Your shipping insurance will be based on that figure.
    • Less than $500: You can ship the item via any reputable carrier. Be sure to send your item FULLY INSURED and request a return receipt for confirmation of delivery to Field and Rose.
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail. FULLY INSURE for total amount of the contents based on your original invoice. Be sure to request a return delivery service receipt confirming that your package got delivered to Field and Rose.
    • Field and Rose will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Items Not in Stock:
Items not in stock can usually be ordered for you. A Field and Rose representative can expedite your order and estimate the
delivery time.

Fluctuating Precious Metal Prices :
Due to fluctuating market trends precious metal prices may vary slightly  from those posted on our web site.  We will inform you of any new fluctuations in prices before you place your order.

* Special Orders are required on some of our exclusive China, Flatware and Crystal brands because they are hand painted, etched,
cut and engraved by fine craftspeople around the world. Expect approximately 8 to 12 weeks delivery time on some items. These items include, Anna Weatherley, Raynaud, Varga Crystal and Ercuis flatware. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

** Custom Jewelry  is defined as any design, upgrade or reproduction being made through Field & Roses jewelers specifically for you. Such custom services usually require a deposit in advance. Call 877.884.2693 for the assistance of a  Field and Rose jewelry consultant.
