If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its’ original condition within 30 days from its’ date of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit, EXCEPT: (Special Orders*, Custom Jewelry ** or items with personalized engraving). Exchanges, Resizes & Repairs We can exchange your jewelry purchase for another item, give you another ring size, repair your item, or mount your personal diamond in another setting simply by calling our jewelry consultant or by contacting us at returns@fieldandrose.com or by calling 877.884.2693. Our Return Process Once we receive and accept your returned item, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Returned items delivered to Field and Rose that are not properly packaged or are uninsured will not be accepted. All returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance department. They determine “original condition” and look for any new defects. Any returned item showing signs of wear, engraving, resizing or alterations made by any jewelry other than a Field & Rose jeweler - cannot be accepted for return.How To Prepare A Return Please follow our three step process:
